Snips was included in the 2004 Beanie Baby Official Club (BBOC) kit. Snips came in a "Special Memories" box. It could be ordered through the ty.com BBOC Internet site. Snips came with a photo book, paper, stickers, postcards and instructions for making a scrapbook. Snips was not sold separately from the BBOC kit.
